Today I woke up earlyish (8:30am) to go on a tour with the group of students (Chaz, Mike and I and four other super nice girls) who are here of the different schools that we can take classes at. They all seem really cool, some much prettier than others and such. There is only one that I can't imagine attending as it is on the other side of town and doesn't appear to offer any classes that interest me.
In the afternoon, after getting a phone (yay!) and minutes on it I met up with Chaz and Mike, my two gustie guys, and we hung out and wandered to the beach! It was cloudy, overcast, and a bit chilly this morning but by afternoon the sun was out and it was quite warm! Mike and I took off our shoes and walked in the waves though the water was a tad cold! We also had a friendly guy talk to us about his fe (faith) in Jesus and such for a while for some reason speaking english though spanish would have been easier for all of us! ^_^ Then I walked home all by myself as I live around 10 blocks from where Chaz and Mike live! And I made it home fine and it was awesome!!! I'm starting to get a feel for the roads and where they are but hopefully I'll know more in the days to come! Everything is super good and I'm starting to figure things out and not be so rusty with my spanish! ^_^

pps: I realized I didn't mention the number of stray dogs around Viña! There are tons of them, one which followed us for a time on our tour today! But our guide, who works with international students, Helen, said to probably not touch them as they have pulgas (fleas)!
